O. B. Morgan,   
District 4A 

I was born and raised in Lake Charles and attended McNeese State University, studying Business Administration. I’ve been married to Jamie Morgan since June 1997 and have resided in Ragley for the past sixteen years. We have three wonderful children and two awesome granddaughters. My wife and I are members of First United Methodist Church in downtown Lake Charles.

In October 1982, I opened OB’s Deli & Pub and managed it until February 1994. For the past twenty-five years, I have been in the manufactured housing industry and managed Jennings Homes of Moss Bluff, Clayton Homes, and is currently the General Manager of Piney Woods Home Center in DeRidder.

I was previously a board member for Water Works District #3 for a little more than two years when I decided to resign to serve as Police Juror for District 4A.

I am looking forward to serving my first time as Police Juror and working with my fellow jurors, the administration, parish employees and the folks in District 4A, to keep improving the success and beautification of Beauregard Parish.
