Carlos Archield, 
District 3A 

Mr. Archield has been a Police Juror in District 3A for thirteen years. He was born in Alexandria, Louisiana, He was raised in DeRidder. He graduated from DeRidder High School and then served in the Army and National Guard. He worked for the Beauregard Parish School System and retired from there.
